Who we are and our goals

The La Croix Huguenot Mission, in this 2022/2023 stage, aims to continue to support small French churches, but also to expand social action in solidarity with the populations currently refugees in France. But the La Croix Huguenot Mission also aims to reach French-speaking countries. These partnerships with French-speaking churches stem from the fact that God maintains in France and Europe a remnant of the historic Reformed tradition, which wants to expand the Kingdom, taking advantage of the Christian renaissance that can be seen in different regions of the continent.

Based on the above, La Croix Huguenote proposes, for the next two years (2022-2023):

Support and partnership with Pastor Jorge Pinheiro, founder of Croix Huguenot and who, in the second half of 2017, transferred to France with the mission of coordinating the expansion and consolidation of the Croix Huguenot missionary project, which also started to cover speaking countries. French in Europe. Your strategy includes:

1. Accompaniment and assistance to pastors already installed in French lands and respective churches, with the objective of consolidating partnerships already established. Currently, French churches, in different cities, have missionary pastors, who have moved to France with their families and are making a difference in these communities, as well as in the cities where they are installed.

2. The support and development of social actions that count on the support of these churches, as well as of private institutions, aiming to build dignified living conditions for the populations that today take refuge on French soil.

3. Visiting churches established in France or in French-speaking countries in Europe that are looking for support, as well as prospecting pastors from other countries with potential and willing to take on the challenge.

O que somos e nossos objetivos

A Missão La Croix Huguenote, nesta etapa setembro 2022/ setembro 2023, visa continuar a dar apoio às pequenas igrejas francesas, mas também expandir a ação social solidária com as populações atualmente refugiadas na França. Mas a Missão La Croix Huguenote tem como objetivo chegar também aos países de língua francesa. Essas parcerias com igrejas de língua francesa partem do fato de que Deus mantém na França e na Europa um remanescente da histórica tradição reformada, que deseja expandir o Reino, aproveitando o renascimento cristão que pode ser visto em diferentes regiões do continente.

A partir do exposto La Croix Huguenote propõe, para os próximos dois anos (2022-2023):

Apoio e parceria com o pastor Jorge Pinheiro, fundador da Cruz Huguenote e que, no segundo semestre de 2017 se transferindo para a França com a missão de coordenar a expansão e consolidação do projeto missionário da Cruz Huguenote, que passou a abranger também países de língua francesa na Europa. Sua estratégia inclui:

1. O acompanhamento e assistência aos pastores já instalados em terras francesas e respectivas igrejas, que tem por objetivo a consolidação das parcerias já estabelecidas. Atualmente, igrejas francesas, em diferentes cidades, têm pastores-missionários, que se transferiram para a França com suas famílias e estão fazendo a diferença nestas comunidades, assim como nas cidades onde estão instalados.

2. O apoio e desenvolvimento de ações sociais que contam com o apoio dessas igrejas, assim como de instituições privadas, visando construir condições de vida digna às populações que hoje se refugiam em solo francês. 

3. A visitação a igrejas estabelecidas na França ou em países de língua francesa na Europa e que estão em busca de apoio, bem como a prospecção de pastores de outros países com potencial e dispostos a assumir o desafio.
